Our client, a well-established Web Development and IT company, are currently seeking a 1st Line Support Technician, to join their busy team in their Wymondham Office. Are you confident on the phone when dealing with clients? Do you have experience working in the outsourced IT support industry? Are you keen to learn and passionate about IT? If so, this could be the role for you Job duties: Setting up and supporting computer Networks Support for PCs and servers remotely and on-site (XP, Vista, Win7/8/10, 2003, 2008, 2012) Installing PCs/ upgrading software Administration of IP phone systems (via web-based interface) Supporting customer applications (training provided) Setting up email accounts and website hosting (Linux and Windows) Support for Mac's remotely and on-site. As the 1st Line Support Technician, you will work hard and deliver results, based on a proven system for managing work and time. Ideally you will be creative and hardworking with experience of working within a fast-paced environment. You will also have good IT and problem-solving skills.
