Overview
Role: Water Efficiency Analyst Location: Redhill, Surrey Salary: £30K Role Purpose: Do you have some experience in an analytical role ideally working for a water or energy supplier of broker? If so, we are looking for a Water Efficiency Analyst to support smart metering trials , liaise with Suppliers carrying out home water efficiency check programmes and assess consumption data . You will assess the effectiveness of the trials, and promote water efficiency to 3rd parties including Local Authorities and House Associations. If the Water Efficiency Analyst sounds like you then apply today Job Responsibilities: Manage smart metering trials including contact with customers and suppliers Liaise with Suppliers responsible for distributing water saving devices, online savings calculator and home visits programme Assist with budget control in terms of checking work requiring invoicing Respond to customer queries on water efficiency and smart metering Liaise with Comms team to manage water efficiency elements and awareness of home audits Work with 3rd parties including local authorities and housing associations to increase awareness and help residents lower their Water and Energy Bills Calculate demand reductions from all Water Efficiency and Metering activities Experience Required: Degree or equivalent in Science, Mathematics, Social Science or Environmental Science Competent in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage own workload Ability to work flexibly At least 1 years’ experience working in Energy / Utilities industry
