Position: Registered General Manager Location: Liverpool Salary: up to £48k Days: Monday to Friday (37.5 hrs) Are you a Home Manager that is looking for a new challenge supervising multiple sites? Or are you an experienced Area Manager looking to reduce your travel? This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager looking for a multi-site role without having to cover a large distance If this sounds like you, please read on and apply below I am currently recruiting for an experienced, motivated manager to oversee several hubs in Liverpool. As the Manager, your key responsibilities will centre on business development, management of two home managers, recruitment, training and ensuring that the homes are run in accordance with CQC policies. The successful candidate will have the following experience and qualifications: • RGN/RMN • Proven management experience in a care home • Strong business acumen • Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards Main Duties as Multi-Service Manager: • To run several hubs providing specialist Dementia care for the Elderly • To maintain occupancy levels within the homes • To assist with the recruitment and management of staff • Financial management of the homes If this opportunity interests you, and you believe that you`ve got what it takes to be a successful candidate, I would be more than happy to arrange a conversation with you to discuss this further.
