Please note your application can not be progressed unless you include your current employer details in your CV Mixed or Night Shifts : Full-Time and Part-Time shifts available Shift Pattern: 7:00 am - 7:30 pm or 7:30 pm - 7:00 am As a Registered Nurse you'll be responsible and accountable for providing the highest standards of nursing, clinical and personals support, while promoting independence and choice to our residents. Leading a team of support staff you will ensure the smooth and efficient management of the shift prioritising, planning and delegating activities for the support team. Can take on NQ nurses - they have a preceptorship programme Responsibilities for the Registered Nurse include: Assess residents' health and well-being across a difficult and changing caseload Assist in the delivery of care to meet individuals' health and well-being needs Provide and receive sensitive or contentious information Promote and develop best practice as a Registered Nurse Assist in maintaining and developing robust and compliant services Contribute to quality improvement Promote people's equality, diversity and rights Apply clinical reasoning skills to all scenarios.
