Registered Nurse (Days or Nights) working at Kingfishers in New Milton Contracts are offered as 24, 36 or 42 hours per week (plus paid handover) including alternate weekends For handover purposes shift times are Days 07:15am to 19:30pm, Nights 19:15pm to 07:30am Opportunities exist for additional hours / overtime across all Colten Care Homes. Up to £20.37 per hour including all enhancements Rate breakdown: £16.57 per hour £1.00 per hour night enhancement £2.80 per hour weekend enhancement As a Colten Care Nurse, you’ll be working in a dynamic nursing home setting where no two days are the same and where training and career development opportunities exist in abundance. As a Nurse you will be responsible for the health and well-being of our residents, managing both acute and chronic conditions, applying sound, sensitive clinical judgement and decision-making every day. You will lead and enable the healthcare team to provide outstanding, evidence-based, individualised nursing care for older people living with frailty and complex needs, regularly updating person-centred care plans.
