Senior Service Coordinator - £27,000 bonus As a business-critical position, we are continuing to accept applications to this job role. We have been asked to continue to source candidates for this role and Hays will conduct first stage video conference interviews. Your new company You will be working for a successful organisation based within the South of Sheffield. Your new role To lead and support the Service and VP Tech Department by effectively coordinating the activities of the Service and Business Development team. The position works with all members of the team and related supporting activities. You will be responsible for complete, accurate and timely communications that relate to assisting the Service Business Development team. This position involves support to Service Business development activities; the amount and type of support required will vary to accommodate the specific needs of the current workloads and situations. Oversee the Internal Business Development team who are responsible for Field Service Engineers and VP Tech department. Continually develop, coordinate and maintain a logical system of correspondence for the Service department. Produce correspondence and reports for the Service Department personnel Maintain and update personnel records for all office and field personnel which includes but is not limited to: attendance, holiday and sickness, health and safety, training, calibration equipment. Raise purchase orders where required. Be involved in day to day processes to make sure service personnel are fully utilised, and all documentation is raised and handled in correct and timely manner Setting up new customer contract documents where required. Oversee the team as they maintain and keep up to date records for each Service Maintenance Agreement. Detail amendments, forecast and generate invoices at the appropriate time. Oversee the team as they maintain the Service "forecast summary" for Maintenance Agreements, Adhoc and Refurbishment work. Create and distribute weekly engineers plan working with Engineering Manager to produce Continually develop good communication skills with customers, distributor service partners, agents and other related personnel. Work with other members of the team as required to support the department during holiday or absence. To ensure all administration tasks relating to service and VP Tech work are completed in a timely manner. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed you must have previous experience within a coordination capacity. High attention to detail alongside the ability to multitask is key. You must have a strong work ethic and demonstrate exceptional organisation skills. What you'll get in return In return you will be offered a competitive salary of £27,000 bonus.
