1st / 2nd Line Support / Cheltenham / Immediate Start / Interim to Permanent Your new company Our client based on the out skirts of Cheltenham are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join there expanding team as they go through a considerable time of growth. The In House team supports on all 1st and 2nd line queries initially both remotely and desk side whilst dealing with 3rd parties as well when needed. Your new role The IT Support Analyst will provide both 1st and 2nd line support through phone and email with some desk side support where applicable. Main duties include; Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support Responsible for raiding tickets via telephone calls and emails Carry out first time resolution of the respective ticket Escalation of issues to 2nd and 3rd line where appropriate What you'll need to succeed Minimum 2 years experience within previous IT Support Role Hands on IT work experience supporting and resolving diverse Desktop and Laptop software and hardware issues and Mobile Devices Understanding of Windows 10 Operating Systems Knowledge of Active Directory Strong customer facing and communication skills both verbal and written What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
