Adult support worker required for residential care in Manchester Your new company Working for Hays Social Care you will be offered work in locations and settings to suit you. Our client has homes across the North West including properties in Wythenshawe - Manchester Your new role For this role we are looking for someone with experience working with vulnerable adults. You will be working with people who are in their homes and supported living homes who may require assistance with their activities of daily living. You will be required to complete training to ensure you are able to give the best care possible. What you'll need to succeed You will need to be a friendly and compassionate person with experience working with vulnerable adults. A passion for caring for others and good communication skills are essential. You will need to have the confidence to work both in a team and lone working environments. Ideally you will have NVQ level 2 qualifications or above.
