About the Company We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to join a fantastic business This particular role requires someone who is passionate about delivering excellent guest experience consistently and for someone who is keen to progress and develop themselves and their team further. The successful candidate will have extensive management skills, great longevity and be passionate about hospitality Store Manager - The Rewards Salary up to £26,000 salary £11,000 Bonus (£37,000 OTE) Performance based incentives Further development opportunities Store Manager - Requirements Able to develop and motivate a team in a high volume, fast paced environment Previous hospitality management experience within a hospitality based business Communicate effectively at all levels Planning and organising skills Excellent attention to detail and standards Leadership skills with the ability to demonstrate a hands on approach to your work Excellent commercial skills Excellent customer care skills Store Manager - Responsibilities As a Manager within the business, you will be responsible for delivering the excellent levels of customer service and high food quality which the company is known for. They are looking for Managers to help drive store performance and to develop the customer experience.
