Gap personnel, acting as an employment business, are partnering with a global and consistently growing business based in Gloucester. As they grow, they are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and hardworking Warehouse Administrator to join their team on an permanent basis. Hours: 07:30 – 17:30 / 18:00 Monday -Friday (Flexibility is required as may involve occasional Saturday cover) Pay rate : a highly competitive £12.05 per hour (£21,931 per annum). Job Description: Supporting the Lead team with new hire orientation by helping with new hire employment documents, assigning and maintaining lockers and ensuring accurate timekeeping for those new hires Posting productivity data during Lead team meetings Auditing time cards to communicate hours worked by associates, clearing exceptions and researching, correcting and communicating attendance trends for unexcused absences for hourly workers and communicating that information to managers for follow up Ability to work up to ten hour shifts with or without reasonable accommodation on a warehouse production floor Additional responsibilities may also include: Assisting on the floor when needed during seasonal peak times or based on business needs Assisting managers with completing investigations by taking witness statements or making recommendations Creating reports and assisting operations with research and analysis of trends with attrition, attendance, unpaid time, roster management PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience utilizing a time and attendance system Experience within a manufacturing or production environment Ability to multi-task and manage details of different processes efficiently in a fast paced environment Strong organizational skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Previous experience in admin or payroll roles will be advantageous but not essential. Full training will be provided. Successful candidates will have good communication skills and will be able to work as a part of the team.
