INVENTORY CLERK - BASIC SALARY UP TO £26,000 DOE - SOUTHAMPTON Get Staff are proud to be recruiting for this dynamic independent estate agency, they are a very successful business with modern high street offices in Southampton. Due to a recent success our client is looking for a successful INVENTORY CLERK who has a drive to succeed as well as a passion for customer service. You will already be working successfully as an inventory clerk in an Estate Agent. If you are currently feeling undervalued by your manager or are just simply looking for a new challenge with a professional & very established company then this could be the role for you Very Competitive Basic Salary up to £26,000 DOE Free parking is available Role & Responsibilities: • Compiling a Schedule of Condition Report prior to tenants taking occupation of the property. . • U ndertake routine inspections of managed or let-only properties. • Answering office enquiries. • Dealing with tenancy deposits. • T ype up inventories and correspondence relating to new tenants taking occupation of properties . • General office admin when required. The Ideal Person: • You will have the excellent administration skills. • You will be experienced in estate agency. • You will have exceptional customer service skills. • You will have an excellent telephone manner. • You will have a full UK driving licence & access to a car. You will have previous experience of working in a busy estate agency as an Inventory Clerk.
