Overview
We are a global engineering company specialising in the design, development and manufacture of innovative medical devices. Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our highly motivated team. Do you have experience of installing, maintaining and continuously improving manufacturing systems and equipment? If so then we have a role for you. We are looking for someone with experience of managing projects, bringing in new equipment, installation and validation of equipment, as well as being able to look at process improvement and change controls to ensure that we keep up with new and existing production demands and standards. This newly created role at our Nelson site offers the opportunity for someone to utilise their skills and have ownership of processes and improvements associated within the engineering function. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge with the opportunity to manage process improvements, equipment upgrades and system implementation within the manufacturing plant. To be successful in this role we're looking for you to have the following skills, experience and knowledge Minimum HNC in an Engineering discipline (or equivalent). Demonstrable experience of project managing the specification, installation and validation of equipment.
