Have you got experience within the pharmaceutical industry as a Quality and/or Regulatory Manager? Are you registered with MHRA as a Responsible Person for Wholesale Distribution Authorisation (WDA)? We are currently recruiting for a Quality and Regulatory Manager to join a market-leading business, who have a strong presence internationally across both the medical device and pharmaceutical industry. The business have grown significantly in recent years and are planning to continually grow over the coming years across new markets as well as developing new products, so it is a very interesting time to be joining the business. The role: The Quality and Regulatory Manager will be responsible for covering a range of pharmaceutical products, working on the overall life cycle management (including renewals and variations) and ensuring that the company's systems are well maintained and compliant with GDP standards. You will take the lead on technical documentation and projects around Falsified Medicines Directive, but most importantly, you will be the Responsible Person under the guidelines on GDP practice. Some of the key responsibilities for the Quality and Regulatory Manager role will involve: Ensuring all activities are fully GDP compliant and the Wholesale Distribution Licence is maintained. Work closely with regulatory sub-contractors and consultants Involvement with both internal and external supplier audits. Work closely with the wider Senior Leadership team, reporting on progress with key initiatives and highlighting any areas for improvement from a Quality/Safety perspective. Managing medical affairs activities as well as leading due-diligence activities within the company. The successful candidate for the Quality and Regulatory Manager role will have the following background: You must be (or have previously been) registered with MHRA as a Responsible Person for Wholesale Distribution Authorisation (WDA(H)). Have worked in the Pharmaceutical industry as a Quality and/or Regulatory Manager Life science degree or relevant experience within a closely related field. Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work with a business experiencing rapid growth.
