Head of Estates & Procurement | Healthcare Full Time | Permanent Northampton H/O - Nationwide £65,000-£70,000 Summary CCS | Compass Corporate Services are partnering with a leading provider of care and support services to vulnerable adults. The main purpose of this role is to drive a commercial mind-set in Facilities & Property Management and in all associated procurement activities. Overview Reporting into the CEO you will be responsible for the creation, monitoring, reporting and delivery of the facilities management while also delivering a robust purchasing and procurement strategy for Goods Not For Resale (GNFR). In this role you will lead all of the facility, estate and procurement functions and will have a real opportunity to be vital part of an ever growing company. You will have demonstrative success in delivering procurement cost savings and ensure that all facilities meet regulations and environmental, health & safety standards. Essential Criteria Five years previous experience as a lead in Procurement & Facilities at management level. Track record of managing a team. Awareness of budgets and cost control. Demonstrable success in delivering procurement cost savings. Ability to manage and deliver to deadlines and within resources Ability to collaborate constructively with internal and external partners to develop a robust supply chain.
