Forklift Driver

Forklift Driver needed in Cheltenham working Monday to Friday 0800 - 1700, Paying £8.73ph (Pay increase 1st April £9ph) Some overtime available Free onsite car park, On site canteen, Immediate starts available for the right candidates. Pertemps are recruiting for a forklift driver to work in Cheltenham for our client a large manufacture of Hinges, Locks and Handles for windows and doors. Working in a busy production factory you will be responsible for stock rotation, stacking pallets, loading and unloading lorry's ensuring all orders are picked and sent out within the allotted time. Forklift Drivers will be required to drive for long periods of time, Other warehouse duties include; operate press machines, rivet machines, high volume assembly, manual handling, lifting, sweeping, tidying and maintaining health & safety. To be Successful: A valid in date RTITB or ITSSAR Counterbalance Forklift licence. Scanning, Picking & Packing experience. Good Reliability & Timekeeping. Good communication skills. Attention to detail, Happy with repetitive work. Ability to work to tight deadlines. Ability to work as part of a team or independently under minimum supervision. Positive, hardworking attitude.
