Overview

Due to the success and growth of one of our key accounts we have a requirement for an experienced Relationship Management professional to join a highly reputable Training and National Financial Services Provider in the UK. Working for one of the UK's most reputable training providers you will be working exclusively with a Financial Organisation to coach the next generation of Financial Services professionals on Relationship Management principles. You will be supporting learners who are completing up to Level 6 Programmes This company offer a starting salary of up £27000, Pension Scheme, 25 days holidays, Life Insurance and a wide range of other benefits. As a Financial Services Trainer/Coach you will also receive business mileage of 36 pence per mile. This is a home-based position, where the majority of the contact with the learner will be done via a Video Chat Platform, similar to Skype so travel is minimal. Typical duties of the Financial Services Trainer/Coach will include: " To coach, mentor and guide learners who are engaged on apprenticeship programmes " Actively support, mentor and motivate learners across the learner journey to help them with the timely completion of their learning aims and qualification. Contact will be varied and might include face to face, email, Skype, webinars etc. " Deliver inspiring training and coaching sessions to groups and individual learners. " Set individual targets for each learner based on capability to ensure KPIs are met " Manage your diary so that agreed contact with learners is achieved. " Identify and assess learners' needs and put in place robust learning plans, with realistic and challenging goals, that enable learners to understand their personal journey and realise their potential. " Observe, mark, and review work produced by learners to ensure it is of the appropriate standard to reflect the learner's qualification and meet the needs of the qualification. " Provide insightful, constructive and informative feedback to help the learner maximize their potential. " Proactively monitor, evaluate and improve the quality and effectiveness of own workload and working practices to ensure deadlines and targets are met and that the learner has an outstanding experience. " Ensuring all IT systems up to date and meet funding compliance " Coaching and guiding the learners to the End Point Assessment. Experience and Qualifications Required for the Trainer/Coach - Financial and Banking Services - Associate Chartered Banker or equivalent IFS/Cii Level 4 or above - Strong occupational experience in relevant sector - Significant experience of group and 1-on-1 delivery desirable - Learner focused with a proven track record in supporting their achievement retention and motivation - Assessor qualifications such as D32/D33, A1, TAQA or CAVA desirable - PTLLS/DTLLS/CTLLS or equivalent teaching qualifications desirable - Own Transport with flexibility to stay overnight where required. - Target and Quality Focused This position is available immediately.
