Customer Service Advisor Gloucester Permanent £Dependent on experience - 37.5 hours per week Flexible shift pattern - Monday to Sunday between 7am and 11pm on a 5 day rota (shifts given 4 weeks in advance) We are currently looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors to join one of the UK's leading Insurance providers. We are looking for people that can provide excellent customer service and be the first point of contact to a claimant. If you have prior customer service experience, are great over the phone and with a minimum of C grade at GCSE Maths and English, then we would love to speak to you No prior insurance experience is required and full training is provided. You must have the ability to talk with customers clearly, putting them at ease and resolving their query.
