Our client takes Legal cases through the correct channels quickly to resolve very cost effectively for their clients. Due to growth I am currently recruiting for Customer Advisors/Claims handlers to work within an already established and growing team, the role requires an individual with an excellent telephone manner to take initial phone calls and enquiries. You will be dealing with new enquiries from Cavity wall claims and also Mis-sold Mortgage claims, the majority of the work is inputting of claims, liaising with clients which involves handling sensitive information, you must be confidential in order to deal with certain information and have excellent Customer Service skills to provide excellent levels of customer care. You must also have a good head for the PC as you will be using the company's internal computer systems and inputting confidential data. Experience/skills required: You will have an outstanding telephone manner and good knowledge of Microsoft office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent Customer Service skills A good Education Be able to work as part of a team as well as on your own Law Graduates would also be considered for the role.
