Overview
Coordinator Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Coordinator based in SALISBURY (SP2). - Full-Time - Permanent - Monday to Thursday 08.00am-17.00pm and Fridays 08.00am-16.30pm - £21,000-£23,000 per annum plus annual bonus dependant on company performance - Free Parking in the immediate vicinity The Job: The successful Coordinator will be responsible for: - Managing the aftersales enquiries on behalf of the Estimating/Installation department - Contacting contractors and clients to ensure satisfaction upon job completion - Attending meetings and taking minute meetings when necessary - Creating, recording and maintaining spreadsheets and new order files per contract - Filing technical information such as drawings and product brochures - Gathering and producing pre-qualification questionnaires and operation and maintenance manuals - Organising samples from suppliers to send to the client and seeing through to ensure successful delivery Requirements: The Coordinator will have: - Good working knowledge of IT Systems and Microsoft packages, specifically Excel - Professional and concise communication skills both written and verbal - Creative problem solver that can deliver practical solutions - A keen eye for detail - Able to absorb and retain technical information - Organised, able to prioritise, use initiative and manage time effectively - Able to influence, persuade and negotiate Apply If you would like to talk to us about this Coordinator role please contact Kerry Hillyard in the Salisbury branch or click apply and Pertemps Salisbury will respond to you.
