Overview
Warehouse Operative Pertemps in partnership with Tesco`s are looking for warehouse operatives for our site in Lichfield, Fradley park,WS13 8NF. We have multiple available shifts: 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 or 22:00 – 06:00 (Available fixed and rotating shifts, and candidates need to be available for weekend work too. BASIC RATES: £8.66 – £10.86 OVERTIME RATES: £12.99 – £16.28 Basic rates depends on shift worked and includes weekend premiums. Overtime premiums starts after worked 37.5 hours. MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE: - Packing orders within set time frame ensuring all picking standards are met. - Working in a ambient environment, picking in cages on LLOP using arm mounted computer. - Using AMC scanners, LLOP trucks and cages to complete orders before transporting to loading bay. - Using manual handling best practices to lift up to 15 kilos as part of the picking process. - Products are grocery products. - Be flexible and committed to providing excellence in all aspects, with a keen eye for detail. - Be able to demonstrate a proactive approach when planning and be able to react positively to day to day challenges.
