Network Engineer, Cisco Support CCNP level My Client is looking for a Network Engineer at a CCNP level, this is with an ever growing company and voted one of the best MSPs in the UK last year. Skills Required: Supporting customers on Cisco support Trouble shooting Working remotely Managing tickets Change requests 2 x changes roughly per day Responsible to all tickets ques Replacing equipment Delivering technical assistant Ideal candidates from ISP, BT, Talk Talk - managed service providers, Would also consider continued business support - all networking, security, routers, switches, firewalls, phone services If interested please apply asap.
