Dispensing Optician/Optical Assistant

A high end independent Opticians based in Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire are looking for a full time Optical Assistant or Dispensing Optician. Role Working in a modern, high end practice Access to a range of frames and lenses - Cartier, BVLGARI and Silhouette Assisting with dispensing to all levels Reception and administrative duties Meeting and greeting patients Maintain appearance of store Frame adjustments Assembling lenses Repairs Working 5 days a week including Saturdays, 9am to 5.30pm Requirements Previous experience of working within optics either a Dispensing Optician or Optical Assistant Passionate about the industry Must be calm, comfortable and confident at all times when talking to patients Maintain the high level of customer care this practice has created Confident Excellent communication Well presented Looking for a long term career Salary Paying between £17,000 to £22,000 for an Optical Assistant Paying between £25,000 to £32,000 for a qualified Dispensing Optician Both will depend on experience To avoid missing out on this opportunity, please send your CV across to Rebecca Wood using the 'Apply' link as soon as possible.
