Company - Leading manufacturing company Our client a leading jewellery manufacturer based in the Jewellery Quarter area of Birmingham, is looking to recruit a Customer Services Administrator to join their well-established organisation. THE ROLE Management of client accounts Retain valuable business and grow accounts to their full potential Ensuring good quality control and standards are met at all times Assisting in the development of new products Deal with any issues or queries in a prompt and professional manner Control all documentation including orders, spreadsheets, data/sales analysis, trend information and budget control REQUIREMENTS Experience within the jewellery sector is beneficial but not essential. Excellent customer service experience with the ability to handle all kinds of queries and problemsSuperb telephone manner Organised and efficient IT skills including all Microsoft packages Exceptional communication skills are important for this role Location - Birmingham Jewellery Quarter Hours - 8.30am - 4.45pm Mon - Thurs, 8.30am - 4.00pm Fri Salary - £18-19K dependent upon experience We welcome approaches from candidates interested in customer support, customer services, client support, customer service administrator and sales administrator vacancies.
