Recruitment Manager Bristol To £50K plus Car allow and high OTE Technical Consultancy are looking for Branch Managers for this specialist sector You will be responsible for overseeing this temp and perm based multi-discipline business and lead and develop a successful team of Managers and Consultants ideally with a multi-discipline recruitment / business development background. The ideal candidate will have previous recruitment management experience or a successful snr consultant/team leader looking for a management role. The candidate will possess strong business development skills; the ability to manage, develop and motivate an established team through leading by example; and will have the initiative and vision to develop the business further.
