Receptionist

Job opportunity for a receptionist in a long established business in the Wigan area. Your new company This is a well known company based in the Wigan area that has been established for over 50 years. They are a friendly efficiently ran business that has risen in growth recently with high ambitions for the future. The Office Manager has recently approached Hays seeking a receptionist due to a change in staffing needs and the successful candidate will be joining a team of driven individuals who will support you in your new role. Your new role This is an interesting and varied role where you will become the face and voice of the company. Your duties will include answering all incoming calls and transferring them where necessary, greeting guests and clients in a professional manner, arranging meetings for managers, and providing general administrative support. This is a full time role working five days a week on a temporary basis for a three month period with a chance of permanent employment. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in your new role you must have previous experience as a receptionist as well as possessing a clear telephone manner, be able to work in a fast paced environment and will be happy to offer exceptional customer service at all times. A successful candidate will also be Immediately available and be able to commit to long term employment.
