Overview
Our client, a national support provider, is currently recruiting for a permanent Housing Finance Assistant to be based out of their main office in Manchester. The position is due to start in April on a full time basis. The salary is negotiable based on experience for this position. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in the Finance sector and be competent in excel. Duties will include (but not limited to): Being the main point of contact for all lease rental matters Preparing, checking and reconcilling payment requests Processing up to 20 invoices on a daily basis Setting up KPI’s for both housing and finance teams Managing and processing financial reconcilliation of white goods and furniture contracts Completing and and calculating manual payments Experience required: Minimum two years’ experience within the Finance sector Skills, knowledge and expertise required: Excellent customer service and communication skills High level of attention to detail Rewards and Benefits : Five weeks plus bank holidays paid holiday Holidays accumulate every year Can purchase an extra 5 days holiday 5% pension contribution matched Top 4 employers for Non for Profit organisations Working hours : 37.5 hours per week (Flexible) Monday - Friday 9am-5pm Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
