Overview
Are you an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant with a mix of targeting new business as well as over seeing a portfolio of existing clients, then this would be the role for you Working for a highly established Financial Services firm you will be responsible for assisting in the expansion and strategic direction for the Employee Benefits arm of the business. You will be given the chance to work on your own initiative with the full support and guidance of a strong company backing and work closely with the Head of Employee Benefits to grow the book of business whilst also being responsible for the portfolio of existing clients. The right candidate will have a strong Employee Benefits Consulting background and be looking for a new challenge where you can make a strong impact on the direction and success of this exciting growing venture. You will be rewarded with an excellent base salary, uncapped bonus, home working and autonomy to manage your own diary.
