Overview
Job Title: Customer Service Administrator Location: UK-Surrey-Croydon Overview: Objective of the Role To support the Customer Support Team in general administrative duties including: " Log and categorise all incoming complaints " Administer goodwill gestures / payments Hours 35 hours per week. However, due to the nature of this role hours may vary in line with the needs of the business. Responsibilities: Main Duties Main Duties " Scan all documents received in to Customer Support " Attach documents to existing Respond cases. Create new complaints cases in Respond and attach relevant documents " Create and send acknowledgement letters " Request reports and recovery paperwork from Agents and Dealers Any other ad-hoc duties as requested by the Customer Support Team Manager Qualifications: Self awareness " Professional appearance in line with working within a corporate environment Education/Training/ Qualifications " Minimum GCSE standard of English Specialist Skills & Knowledge " Strong typing, administration and organisational skills " Attention to detail " Ability to prioritise workloads " PC literate Aptitude " Flexible to changing situations " Committed to the ethos of customer service excellence " Self-motivated
