Our client, a well known and growing business are looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join their Accountancy team in Chertsey. Client Details Our client, a well known and growing business are looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join their Accountancy team in Chertsey. Description Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the overall function of the Accounts Payable team. Ensure all activities are completed in an efficient and timely manner. Manage all Accounts Payable processes. Act as an Accounts Payable contact, both internally and externally. Resolving all purchase order, invoice and payment queries. Producing the weekly/monthly Accounts Payable control reports. Producing the weekly/monthly supplier payments reports. Posting journals. Inputting supplier invoices. Monitoring the Accounts Payable mailbox. Profile Successful Candidate: Experience with managing a team. Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
