Overview
Food. Essential & KEY Manufacturing. Stability. Recession proof Truer words were never spoken. If you're an Electrically qualified & Multi-Skilled Engineer and want to help feed the nation, look no further Demand for Food has gone through the roof, their manufacturing is at an all time high & we need the experience managing the production line (this is where you come in). I know what you're thinking though, production's increased now, what about when things move back to normal? What about when this all blows over? Why move now? That's why your experience is KEY here because: The team's a real mix of experienced & up and comers, but once thing these guys are lacking is an experienced all rounder (Multi-Skilled with an Electrical sway) So we need you to take the recently qualified engineers under your wing and show'em the ropes too (this is gonna take longer to than 3 months to pass on all your expertise, surely?) AND did I mention: £38.5k starting for 4days 4off 4nights Salary increase after 6 months? BUPA? Equivalent to 5 weeks off? You're only working half the year? Present circumstances excluded (obviously), there's not a major amount of overtime typically, so there's no guilt trips to stay an extra hour or two when your shift ends either What do we need from you I hear you ask? Just an Electrical apprenticeship & Qualification with time served Mechanical experience. Food experience is ideal, but we'll look at strong Engineers from other High Speed Manufacturing backgrounds too. Oh, any you need to be able to Fault Find on PLC's too Not asking for much really. Hungry to find out more? Click apply and I'll give you a call.
