Looking for someone who can hit the ground running that has "a spark" is taking orders from clients / customers, processing the orders, upselling / recommending extras etc. Motivated and driven sales administrator. An excellent communicator providing forward thinking solutions to satisfy both colleagues and importantly the customer. Maintaining a list of key client accounts and working to cultivate these clients. Negotiated terms, and pricing with customers, met daily deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction. Efficiently maintained healthy client relationships, corporate and individual clients. Maintained an accurate database of customer information including contact details, product preferences and any special terms. Answer the clients’ questions and ensure their problems are resolved; conduct follow-up tasks. Able to understand a clients’ needs quickly. Identify and implement process improvements for coordinating activities between departments.
