Overview
We are currently recruiting for 10 full-time Collections Agents for our prestigious client based in Stoke, you will be working within their existing customer service collections team. The position offers an energetic and friendly environment, full training is provided so previous call centre experience is not required. If you are passionate about customer service, then this is the job for you Salary - £17,500 - rising to £19,000 within 2 years Hours of work - Full time - shifts either 8am-4.30pm or 10.30am-7pm Monday to Friday. 1 in 4 Saturdays 8.30am-1pm What will you be doing? Handling a mixture of inbound and outbound calls Ability to handle challenging situations Working in a fast-paced environment Problem solving Administrative duties as and when required What are we looking for?
