Overview
Office Administrator An excellent opportunity has arisen at our clients Head Office for an experienced Office Administrator to join their team. Working as part of their service team you will carry out general office administration. Duties will include: Dealing with warranty and service administration Liaising with the work planner to ensure jobs are booked correctly Ensuring Engineers have their relevant paperwork and parts for the required job Dealing with customer enquiries and queries to resolution Complete quotations for parts and remedial work Discussing with new and existing customers new service work and following up on quotations Provide first-class customer service at all times Candidate experience will include: Confident communicator and have the ability to pick up the phone Strong prioritisation skills Able to deal with queries IT Literate The client offers a rewarding working environment with genuine training and career progression.
