Purchase Ledger Clerk required for a Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain business based in the Rugby area for an ongoing temporary position. Client Details My client is a successful Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain business located in the Rugby area and due to high workload the client require support in the finance department with the Purchase Ledger. The organisation have operations across the UK and can offer a really flexible working arrangement. Description The Purchase Ledger Clerk role based in the Rugby area will include: Accurate processing of supplier invoices (upto 1000 weekly) Matching batching and coding invoices Supporting in the resolution of supplier queries Matching POs and liaising with internal staff and departments Profile To be considered for this Purchase Ledger Clerk role you must have previous financial administration experience ideally within Purchase Ledger and be immediately available. It would be highly desireable that you have a home laptop or computer and have a strong internet connection. Accuracy and strong communications skills are also required for this position.
