About Island Court Care Home Island Court is a 55 bedded nursing home in Bilston caring for individuals who require nursing care. About the role About the role The role of a Care Assistant at Select is to provide high quality personal care, support our Residents needs and provide person-centred care. You need to be kind, compassionate and want to make a difference to our Residents lives, after all, you are in their home. We provide ourselves on training, and you will receive training from your first day of work.
