Scenic Project Manager - Events & Exhibitions

Prospero Integrated are currently seeking a Scenic Project Manager to join a rapidly expanding scenic fabrication company based in South-East London. The Role: Active across a range of client industries our project managers are a key part of the team - guiding projects from quotation through to onsite. Touching on all areas of production we’re looking for someone who is engaged, thoughtful, calm and decisive to join our Projects staff. Working closely with the rest of the project office we’re looking for someone who can manage a full project through the workshops, briefing technical designers, subcontractors and crew, working with the Workshop manager to ensure timely and efficient production and onsite installation. Candidates should be familiar with the industry and be able to speak with confidence to clients, offering advice and technical design assistance as necessary. Behaviours/Competences: An excellent attention to detail and a good eye for finish and fit. In depth management experience in the event construction industry, both in workshop and onsite. Detailed knowledge of construction techniques and methods. Good technical drafting skills and experience drawing for the bench. Excellent interpersonal skills - used to working both with crews, clients, subcontractors and leading teams. Understanding of budgets and experience with planning to suit.
