Overview
We are recruiting for a Process Operator to support our clients manufacturing business in Seacroft, Leeds. You will be supporting the production of some of the worlds most recognised personal care products ensuring the smooth operation of Process Plant equipment. Key Tasks include: Material management including WMS Testing and release of semi-finished product Management of material storage Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices and standards, including cleaning. Autonomous Maintenance activities Interested candidates will have previous batch product production experience in a FMCG environment and proactive of working to specified safety and quality standards. It would be advantageous, but not essential, for candidates to hold a valid counterbalance licence (evidence of licence and refresh will be required). Candidates should also have a good level of numeracy and literacy and be able to communicate effectively with others. Starting pay will be £12.58 per hour rising to £15.26 after successful completion of training. You will need to be reliable and flexible to cover 12hour shifts (6.30am-6.30pm, 6.30pm-6.30am), sometimes at short notice, in a 24x7 operation.
