What you will be doing You will join a team that works well together to provide care to adults in a Learning Disability unit, supporting people to lead a valued and fulfilled life. Where you will be working Healthlinc House is part of our Learning Disability and Autism division and provides care and support to adults who have a learning disability and/or mental health needs. All of our services are specifically designed to provide small group or single person environments, replicating an ordinary living setting. These allow for the development of daily living skills aimed at a move towards more independent living. Address: Cliff Road, Welton, Lincolnshire, LN2 3JN Beds: 23 We can offer you flexible working - you will work 12 hour days, on a 0 hour contract. At this site the hours are 8am – 8:20pm and 8pm – 8:20am.
