On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Process Technician for a 9 Month contract based in Haverhill. Role Purpose Operates, monitors and controls downstream process plant/equipment to agreed schedules, applying safe standards of work and good manufacturing practices. Key Responsibilities Will perform downstream process according to written process instructions in order to achieve safe, quality intermediate or finished products. Facilitates the movement of raw and waste materials within manufacturing. Performs and records cleaning operations for process plant/equipment in order to meet laid down specifications. Performs stock issues to business system and ensures supporting data is updated. Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required A process manufacturing back ground is desirable, but not essential Current first aid qualification is desirable, not essential Must be willing to work a shift pattern of 4 X12 hour days on followed by 4 days off, 4 X 12-hour nights on followed by 4 days off, over 7 days including weekends, average working week 42.7 hours Completed basic educational with qualifications achieved to GCSE or equivalent level in English, Maths, Science and IT. An attention to detail and accuracy. Good problem-solving skills.
