Overview
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Physio/General Assistant to perform a variety of tasks associated with the Physiotherapy department. The Physiotherapy Assistant role supports the qualified Physiotherapy staff by carrying out specific patient activities in conjunction with the physiotherapists, other health care related tasks and basic administration duties. Patient related tasks are selected and delegated by the Physiotherapist and include mobility and simple exercise activities, dealing with equipment and assisting with specific patient treatments. Location : Fulham/Richmond, SW London Some experience of dealing with the public is essential, preferably in a care or customer service environment. Good communication skills, common sense and a friendly disposition are important. You must be able to assist in the moving and handling of patients.
