About the opportunity: This is an opportunity to join the London division of this Housebuilder whose portfolio includes High Rise RC frame developments, Grade 1&2 listed buildings and refurbishment and conversion projects. As a Technical Coordinator you will gain exposure to a high profile large scale mixed use regeneration scheme comprising over 1,000 units over a 10 year period in North London. The Technical team is involved in every stage of the housebuilding process, from initial feasibility studies on a piece of land to the delivery of final layouts to the sales teams, therefore, it’s the best place to be if you are keen to experience the bigger picture Thinking about every single detail of these beautifully designed award-winning homes, the team is responsible for creating the Architectural and Engineering designs that forms the basis of its new developments. Working in this hugely varied role, you will be the professional face of the company engaging with everyone from local planning authorities and county councils to the environment services. About the benefits and rewards: In general, salaries will take into consideration a number of factors including market practice, the individuals experience and responsibilities and pay structures within the company itself. Salaries will be set at a mutually agreeable level with set parameters to increase in line with performance. In this instance, the company are looking to pay up to £55,000 basic salary, car allowance, discretionary bonus, supplier discounts, medical cover, pension, childcare vouchers and holiday increasing with length of service. They also offer a range of training and development opportunities such as specialist job specific courses and accredited management courses along with other development programmes where many enable you to achieve a nationally recognised qualification. About the requirements: Degree qualified in Architectural Technology or similar, ideally, you will have Residential Development experience with either an Architectural Practice, Residential Housebuilder or Contractor. This opportunity would suit a highly organised professional with strong attention to detail to ensure all details are gathered, co-ordinated, distributed and delivered by the project deadlines along with a high level of accuracy.
