Site Supervisor/manager with Rail and refurbishment experience needed for progressive main-contractor Your new company An award-winning main contractor based in the East midlands region. This contractor specialises in a variety of sectors but are looking for a Site supervisor with experience in refurbishment, specifically Rail-Property regeneration and maintenance. This company have completed a variety of high-profile projects and now need a site-supervisor/manager to take a permanent position in there team. Your new role The successful candidate will be working with an exciting team to ensure projects are delivered within deadline. Liaising directly with the Contracts manager to ensure projects are set out to plan. Ensure that health and safety standards are being met. Managing sub-contractors and ensuring quality standards are being met. Working on a variety of different Refurbishment projects across the UK. The successful candidate will have to lodge when appropriate as sites are based across the UK. What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will have: Excellent communication skills. Two years or more management experience in the rail/refurbishment sectors. SMSTS CSCS Full UK driving license What you'll get in return The opportunity to progress your career with an award-winning main contractor.
