Contract role, Harrogate city centre, competitive hourly rate, Revit essential, immediate start Your new company A practice located in the centre of Harrogate require a contracting architectural technician to join their team on a temporary basis. Having recently extended the office into the space next door due to the growth of the team now is an excellent time to join a practice that work with blue chip clients both nationally and international. The practice are specialists in the design and delivery of projects within the Retail and Commercial sectors with the majority of their work currently is for major online retailers which consists of distribution centres, logistical hubs, warehouses and commercial office buildings. Your new role You will be part of a team work within the retail, manufacturing and commercial sectors, providing you with a workflow that will be different and stimulating. What you'll need to succeed To succeed you will need to have strong building regulation knowledge and be able to demonstrate examples of project delivery on site. Revit experience is essential for this contract position.
