Overview
Titan are currently looking to recruit a Freight Forwarder for a well established company based in Glasgow Role responsibilities include - Multi modal freight movements Organise import and export shipments via air and ocean Complete all bookings with ports / airports Complete all relevant customs and insurance documents Deal directly with clients and suppliers on a daily basis Work closely with colleagues from other departments to ensure that customers' orders are shipped on time Pro-active communication to ensure timely resolution of any issues in transit Strong communication skills Previous experience within the freight industry is essential The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with a competitive salary of between £24k -28k per annum.
