Do you have experience on automation systems? If so, we'd like to hear from you Company Profile Our client is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their organisation based in Rushden on a 12 - 18-month fixed term contract. You will work alongside the rest of the Technical Services team to support the maintenance of the site systems, equipment and facilities. In this Maintenance Technician role, you will be responsible for: The safe operation and to maximise throughput of retail and direct automation systems. Ensure the site services are safe and all running in line with expectations Liaise with external contractors to ensure the servicing/call-outs are carried out in line with agreed schedules and in a safe manner Control the maintenance and facilities budget and look to reduce service costs and improve efficiency; assist in the creation of the M&R budgets as required Maintain correct record keeping, control of permits, and ensure Health & Safety practices are always being adhered to by team and external contractors. In order to be successful as a Maintenance Technician you must: Be a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Have experience working on automation systems Experience of facilities/site maintenance Experience of managing budgets and contractors Able to work with teams at various levels throughout the business If you have the relevant experience our client is looking for in this Maintenance Technician role, we would like to hear from you.
