Overview
IT Support Agent We are seeking an IT support agent to join us in an exciting permanent position. We are a rapidly expanding organisation that work with some of the UK's leading organisations providing cloud based telephony solutions to meet their business needs. As an IT support Agent you will be responsible for delivering a great customer service and support to ensure they get the most from our products and services. Job Responsibilities As an IT support agent you will be providing technical support to our partners, using a range of resources to meet our service goals. This will include: - Working to resolve customer queries by liaising with colleagues, vendors and third party suppliers to find solutions and monitor incidents - Updating the ticketing software and providing updates to customers via email and the telephone - Updating customer details in the CRM software and maintaining documentation on their needs - Assisting with upgrades and implementation projects for various customer setups - Above all as an IT support agent you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and improving customer experience with our products Skills and Experience Required To be successful, the IT support agent will need: - Experience working in a technical or administrative role, preferably within the telecommunications sector - Excellent customer service skills, both via email, over the phone and in person - A keen interest in technology - Knowledge of IT protocols and Networking including LAN & WAN If you feel like you have the skills and experience required to be a successful IT support agent then please send in your CV and we will be in touch shortly.
