EA to Commercial Director, Paying up to £30,000 Your new company My client is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the commercial Director working for a fast paced organisation. Your new role This is an exciting opportunity for a proven EA to join the business to support the Commercial Director in helping drive the business forwards. Duties will include: Full diary and inbox management Extensive UK travel arrangements Arranging regular events and conferences across the country for both internal and external delegates Sorting expenses and credits card reconciliations Arranging monthly meetings and ad hoc meetings and minute taking Liaising with clients and acting as the face of the organisation at times Dealing with orders, complaints and general queries General EA support to the director as required Acting as a sounding board for the Commercial director in their ideas Plus other duties as and when required What you'll need to succeed You will need to be an assertive EA who has worked at board level, you must be confident in your communications skills and have excellent IT skills. What you'll get in return You will be rewarded with a permanent role working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours, although there will be occasional need to work beyond these hours working for a client based in Hinckley. The organisation offers free car parking working in an excellent office location.
