Working for this award-winning business in Chester, the Part time Advisor will be responsible forcommunicating with customers every day, via email and online live web chat. We are currently looking for candidates who wish to work a minimum of 18 hours per week however all part time staff need to be able to work one late shift (until 9pm) and one early shift (9am start) and 1 day a week at the weekend. To apply for the Part time Advisor role, you will possess previous experience of sales and customer service along with a proven track record in working with and exceeding targets. The Part time Advisor will have exceptional customer service and strong written communication skills. The start date for this position will be 16th March however the first two weeks is compulsory training - hours of work for this will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm. Key Responsibilities: The role of Part time Advisor involves finding customers their perfect holiday with every contact, sharing your great experiences and giving excellent service to our customers and using your skills to recommend products to enhance their holiday. You will be responsible for ensuring that every contact maximises income per booking, that the quality of the contact exceeds customer expectations and that all Company procedures are adhered to. You will work to (and exceed) agreed targets for booking conversion and maximising sales opportunities whilst delivering that outstanding experience. Essential Skills: You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to quickly build a rapport with a new customer, as well as good negotiation skills. You will also be IT literate and be prepared to recognise and suggest improvement areas for the business. Previous experience of working in a Live Web Chat team would be a huge bonus, as would experience of working in the travel sector but neither are essential. To succeed in the role, you will be motivated, and results driven with an ability to work under pressure. You will be customer-orientated and an excellent team player. You will also be reliable and punctual with good attention to detail.
