Overview

Harrison Sands are recruiting for a client who are based in Huddersfield. This role is a very unique role and needs a candidate that is a very driven and ambitious person. My client are a national agency with 40 other branches throughout the UK. They are well known and a specialist within a number of sectors such as; Industrial, Finance, Automotive, Engineering and Manufacturing. This role will be for the Industrial team with the view of setting up a new branch in Sheffield. What are they looking for/offering? They are looking for someone with 1 year recruitment experience with a proven billings background Ideally experience running a busy temps industrial desk You will be working from the Huddersfield branch alongside 4 other consultants but focussing on building the Sheffield market Once you're are up to a certain amount of new clients, they will open a branch in Sheffield for you to run and build as your own Proven billings A good understanding of a 360 role Experience bringing on new business Training offered for all levels Full support All the tools needed i.e. Job Boards, CRM Systems, Existing database (although this is technically a cold desk) Offer up to £30,000 basic (this is the top end for relevant experience and tenure) Competitive commission scheme Potential to earn off of your team Full UK Driving license is essential - especially if you are meeting your clients or attending visits
