Monarch Education Recruitment Candidate Care Consultant £18,500- £20,000 annual salary dependent on experience (bonus available) Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.30pm Birmingham - City Centre Location Monarch Education Recruitment are a market leading recruitment business based in Birmingham City Centre. We are looking for a Candidate care consultant to join an extremely successful sales team. The role of a Candidate Resourcer is to generate a consistent pipeline of new candidates through targeted recruitment activity within their geographical patch. Candidate Resourcers provide administrative support to sales consultants, allowing them to concentrate on driving sales, knowing candidate generation and associated paperwork is being completed to a high standard. This is an integral role in ensuring outstanding customer service to candidates working through Monarch Education. We will consider applicants with no resourcing experience and will work closely with you to teach you every element of the job. Good quality written and verbal skills are essential and experience of working in an office environment would be advantageous The ideal candidate will be; Diligent in checking details as they will have responsibility for checking files are completed to strict Safeguarding and registration criteria. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Much of the work is conducted via email or by contacting candidates and their referees by telephone. Able to manage their own workload to meet targets. Main Duties and Responsibilities: - Sourcing candidates looking for temporary work within schools across Birmingham through Job Advertisements, Social Media advertising and searching CV databases. Supporting candidates through the registration process including completing a telephone and face to face interview, and reference checking. Working with candidates to put together well written profiles and CVs. Working closely with Recruitment Consultants to identify candidate shortage areas Completing candidate care calls Taking responsibility for meeting the highest safeguarding standards Monarch Education Birmingham Head Office provides a fantastic environment for both experienced recruiters and people looking to get into the industry.
